Sorry for the lack of updates and Youtube videos – real life means doing stuff!  I hope to have a new vid online soon.

In other news, I’ve sent a query off to an agent, so we’ll see how that goes.

iFiction

Stoneguard and City of Stone are now available on iFiction – an online book store created by Andrew Burt from Critters.  This sort of distribution was always planned for the Selaren Archive but seeing as the hard work has already been done, it made sense to upload to iFiction.

And yes, Stoneguard (as Freedom’s Core) did go through the Critters workshop way back.  The short story it was based on also went through the workshop.

Her Human Shadow – new book online

I’ve uploaded a new book to The Library.  Her Human Shadow is a standalone fantasy novel that is separate from the Iacean series.  It is very loosely based on an old novella I wrote ten years ago, now expanded to novel-length.

Stoneguard (The Iacean Book One) – online!

I’ve uploaded the first book in the Iacean series – Stoneguard.  You can download it, free, from The Library (link at the top of the page).

Yes, I realise that I uploaded the books in reverse order, so sue me!

For anyone interested in the writing process behind these books, Stoneguard was indeed written first.  City of Stone was conceived as a stand-alone story but also contained elements which did not appear in Stoneguard.  Stoneguard now contains the updates that were in City of Stone, making them consistent and with zero continuity gaps.  Absolutely none.
